We recently had our mom stay at Monrovia Memorial Hospital to recover from Pneumonia and other respiratory problems. She was there for six weeks and although it seems like a very long time; she did well and everyday was an improvement we were thankful for.  Everyone at the Hospital played an important part in her recovery from the cleaning crew, to CNAs, to RNs, to RTs, Doctors, and Administration personnel. We are thankful to everyone for caring enough and for listening to every concern we had and acting upon that to be efficient and effective. Our mom left the Hospital much improved and we know is because of the care she received at Monrovia Memorial. Our entire family is grateful and wishes other families have a positive experience as well.

My gratitude and appreciation for the doctors and staff at Monrovia Memorial Hospital cannot be explained in words alone. I recently had the experience of my mother falling ill in a really bad way. She was transferred to Monrovia Memorial Hospital where they performed the best care and service I have seen in the seven years. I had to follow my mom from hospital to hospital and THIS facility is professional and very caring. The staff understands the need for compassion and dignity. They have nothing less than the best care that I have witnessed in my tour of facilities in hospitals throughout my mom’s illness. I am so thankful for the team at this hospital! I can’t even repay my thanks and gratitude; they are the best.

I couldn’t have been more grateful and appreciate the excellent care and concerns for my well-being as well as my Mom’s well being.  The staff is excellent and I can’t say enough in words to explain how compassionate they are from the cleaning crew, the cafeteria works to the Nursing staff and supervisors — and of course the Doctors, social workers and respiratory therapists.  The Nursing staff and the nursing supervisors are the most compassionate that I have ever witnessed and I have been to many facilities for my mom.

The overall service that I received was superb! From my surgery, the prep, the recovery, the staff and my overall stay were incredible. And let me not forget the receptionist…she was professional and caring! I love everything about the Hospital. 

Thank you for the wonderful care you gave my father the whole time he was at your hospital. You made his stay comfortable, and I went home each day knowing that he was receiving the best care possible. I shall miss visiting with you all and thank you for all you have done.
